Place Your Blog RSS Feed Here

I had removed the 'My Blog List' widget on this blog because nobody has used the links on that widget and I was also not having any traffic from that link exchanges. I am still experimenting with the free advertising and link exchange by Adgridwork.com and I will some more ads from the service and see whether the action can bring more traffic to this blog.

The 'My Blog List' column or widget will be replaced with Your Blog's RSS Feed. I am offering anybody to advertise your blog RSS feeds on this blog for $2/week or $6/month. 5 items of your RSS feeds will be displayed just like the feeds for my personal blog and artwork blog in the lower section of this blog. If anybody interested with this offer, please email me or leave a comment to let me know.

Since I joined Entrecard, traffic has increased a lot but the bounce rate is also high because most people are just visiting to drop their cards. I am still looking for other methods that can be used to increase traffic but with lower bounce rate. I don't extensively read any blog and give comments just tu put my links there. I will only place comments when I really have something to share with the author or other people. Since I'm a little busy right now, I can only manage to read a few blogs per day.

How to Put Advertisement in Blogs

This post is just for people who don’t know that they can make money from their blogs or maybe want to monetize their blogs but don’t know the sources or what type of ads that can be used. In other words, this post is not for a web-savvy person and I’ve seen a lot of personal blogs which some of them have high traffic and pagerank but no advertising or maybe just one advertisement. Some advertising companies will make offer to advertise in our blogs when they found out that our blog have many unique visitors per day but it might take a very long time for that offer to come. For those who don’t get the offer, some of them might never know that they can generate some cash by writing their blogs. What I’m going to do here is to explain some term in advertising that we should know and list some advertising services that can easily help you make money from blogging.

Important Terms You Should Know:

Monetize Immediately or Later?

You might read somewhere to write a lot of post, get many visitors, do seo, listing, optimize template or whatever when you just started a blog. Then when everything are done you can focus on monetizing your blog with advertising. I don't do that. I start monetizing all my blogs immediately. I put ads in my blogs right on the first day. Most of them. Following an advice from Carl Ocab. This is because even if you only have one or two visitors per day, they might click on your ads and make you money. Imagine the waste if you wait long enough before monetizing your blogs. Don't waste a single cent. Do it now.

Another Affiliate Program

From my participation in free advertisement had really paid up by bringing some visitors to this blog. There's a quote: You get what you paid for and it's true. The visitors from the free programs are not as much as if you entered AdWords, BitVersiter or any other advertising but it is enough for a start.

I had just entered a new affiliate program, SFI Affiliate Center and I really feels this is a good program. The person who refered this program to me had already made some money from it. I really hope after a month I could see some extra income from this program. Check the program at http://www.quickinfo247.com/10459715/FREE

Participate In Free Advertising

I had just signed up with Adgridwork, a free advertising site that will help to promote my blog with other sites or blogs that also participated with the same program. The method is anybody who join the program need to put an ads that will display links to other participating sites. This is not the first free advertising program that I've registered. Yesterday I've already join SEO News and put a widget in this blog. The widget will display feeds from all sites or blogs that join SEO News. I'll be looking for more opportunities like these. From these free programs we might not have a rapid increase in our site traffic but still it is very helpful since I am sticking to the objective of not spending any money at least before I make some profit.

Don't Try to Disguise Your Blog Like AdSense Ads

I found a very important post by Alan Liew at http://moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com/. It's a really important warning to all Adsense users. If you don't read carefully the terms and conditions when you're signing for Adsense account, you better do it now. Alan Liew had been disallowed to display Adsense ads in his blog because his contents or layout just looks like ads. (As being said by Google). So don't try to fool the visitors in order to have high click rate and especially not Google. Nobody want to be terminated by Google. Try to read more at his page.
Read again the AdSense Term & Conditions especially the Prohibited Uses.

Get the Best Keywords for your AdSense and AdWords

What is the best keywords for our site or blog? I always use the AdWords Keyword Tool to analyze my blog for the best keywords. You can just enter the URL of your site and the tool will analyze all available keywords and will display the search volume for each keywords either for last month or average. It also display the advertiser competition and average CPC for each keywords. Other options also available. I think this tool is also very important when you want to select or setup and advertisement in AdSense. I use it to select the keywords that have the highest CPC and it really works. I've tried that in one of my blogs and the ads keywords that were chosen from this tool have better CPC rate.

Another tool I just found today is the Google Search-based Keyword Tool. This one is still in Beta and I don't really understand how Google make this instead of having the AdWord Keyword Tool. You can read more from the page or in a posting by If anybody knows the pros and cons of this tool or have better suggestion please share them here.
